At Living Waters Counseling, we strive to make quality counseling accessible and affordable. I am in-network with Aetna insurance, making it easier for clients with Aetna plans to receive care with minimal out-of-pocket costs. For those with other insurance providers, I partner with Reimbursify, a simple and user-friendly service our practice pays for, where we submit out-of-network claims for potential reimbursement on our client’s behalf. This means you can focus on your healing while maximizing ALL of your insurance benefits. Our rate is $150 for a 55-60 minute session. If you have any questions about coverage or how to use Reimbursify, we are happy to help guide you through the process!

How Reimbursify Works:

We utilize a third-party software called Reimbursify to help clients access reimbursement from their out-of-network insurance plans. While clients are responsible for paying our full rate upfront, we file claims on their behalf after each session so they can receive a percentage of the cost back, depending on their individual insurance plan. This is a service we provide at no extra charge to the client, as we cover the cost of Reimbursify and handle all the paperwork to make the process as seamless as possible. Reimbursfy additionally provides a user friendly mobile app for clients to check on their filed claims.
